Lobster
Recipe - Lobster Thermidor :
- Cook the Lobsters: Boil lobsters in salted water for 8-10 minutes until bright red. Cool in ice water, then split and chop the meat. Reserve the shells.
- Make the Sauce: Sauté onion in butter until soft, then add garlic. Pour in white wine (or lobster stock) and simmer until reduced. Stir in cream, mustard, paprika, and half the cheese. Add lobster meat, salt, and pepper.
- Stuff the Shells: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Fill the lobster shells with the mixture, top with remaining cheese.
- Bake: Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden and bubbly.
- Serve: Garnish with parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
