Pomfret - Black
Recipe - Black Pomfret Fry :
- Marinate : Mix red chili powder, turmeric, coriander powder, garam masala, salt, and lemon juice into a paste. Rub over black pomfret fillets and marinate for 30 minutes.
- Prepare Coating : Mix rice flour and besan on a plate.
- Coat Fillets : Heat oil in a pan. Coat each fillet in the flour mixture, shaking off excess. Fry the fillets for 3-4 minutes per side until golden and crispy. Adjust heat as needed.
- Drain & Serve : D rain on paper towels, garnish with coriander, and serve hot with lemon wedges and chutney.
