Tiger Prawns with Tail
Recipe - Grilled Tiger Prawns with Garlic and Lemon :
- Prepare the Marinade : In a bowl, combine the olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, red chili flakes, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Marinate the Prawns : Add the tiger prawns to the marinade, making sure they are well coated. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes (up to 2 hours for more flavor).
- Preheat the Grill : Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. If using a regular pan, ensure it is well-oiled to prevent sticking.
- Grill the Prawns : Remove the prawns from the marinade, allowing any excess marinade to drip off. Grill the prawns for about 2-3 minutes on each side, or until they turn pink and opaque.
- Serve : Once cooked, remove the prawns from the grill and transfer them to a serving platter. Garnish with chopped parsley or coriander and serve with lemon wedges on the side.
