Reef Cord
Recipe - Baked Reef Cod with Herbs and Lemon :
- Preheat the Oven : Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Prepare the Baking Dish : Lightly grease a baking dish with a little olive oil.
- Make the Marinade : In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, minced garlic, oregano, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Marinate the Fish : Place the reef cod fillets in the baking dish. Pour the marinade over the fish, ensuring it’s well-coated. Let it marinate for about 15-20 minutes.
- Bake the Fish : Bake the reef cod in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes or until the fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork. Cooking time may vary based on the thickness of the fillets.
- Serve : Once cooked, remove the fish from the oven and garnish with chopped fresh parsley and lemon slices. Serve hot with your choice of side dishes, such as roasted vegetables, rice, or a fresh salad.
